Pros: Decent coverage
Cons: Slimy sales reps, customer service, website
The Bottom Line: Don't do it. Atleast not from the lady at the store on 44th St.

| tubal's Full Review: Alltel Mobile Phone Service in Phoenix |
I travel out of state alot and the coverage was actually pretty good. The customer service totally sucks. I spent about 40 minutes on the phone waiting for a rep and finally gave up. I knew I should have went to the bathroom first.
Anyway, when I first got my plan the lady was selling me a one year contract. Then the receipt printed out, and it said 24 months. I said I thought this was a one year contract. She said oh it is. And I said the receipt says 24 months. She said well it's a one year contract. And I said ok. It's been a year, and guess what. I still have a year left on my contract. I got screwed. Alltel says if I have something initialed then they can change it for me. And I don't. So basically I'm stuck with an expensive outdated plan.
