I purchased this product through Verizon to connect two computers in different rooms to the DSL. What a piece of junk. It installs ok but keeps loosing its connection. The tech support said it was my ethernet card (I never had a problem before with using the ethernet with the DSL). So I get a new card. Still keeps loosing connection. Then they say it is the cable. So - a new cable. No go. I even tried totally removing the home portal and moving the DSL and home portal to the other computer - you guessed it. Now I am told it is Windows. Sometimes windows just doesn't cooperate. My opinion - forget it.
