Well, enough has been said already by other reviewers about how the plan works. I have been a Netflix customer since Dec. '01 and I have received only one damaged DVD, obviously damaged in transit. I dropped it in the mail and received my replacement copy two days later. I usually receive my DVDs a couple of days sooner than their estimated arrival date. Other than the damaged DVD, I have NEVER had a problem. I found the staff at customer service to be couteous and helpful. Any questions can be emailed to them and you'll recieve a reply the following day, if not the same day. The movie selection is vast and any title not currently in their collection can be requested by email straight to their purchasing department. I truly cannot think of any reason NOT to use Netflix, unless you don't watch movies often. Obviously, a disc sitting on a shelf for days or not in transit defeats the purpose. In order for Netflix to save you money, you must USE it.
