I have heard one or two people complain about Qwest. WHY? The only conclusion that I can come up with is that people that are satisfied with their service don't think twice about telling other people they are, why would you right? Also I believe that people are not satisfied with Qwest for some reason or another are individuals that should have a carrer in complaining(you know who you are). Anyway, I just had to comment on the fact that I think Qwest is a great company. The only reason that I have ever had to contact customer service is for general questions and I have ALWAYS reached someone who is very helpful, nice, and knowledgable.

I used to live in Chicago and of course my local service was Ameritech, now that was a company that I may have complained about if I had nothing better to do with my time. But I have always been pleased with Qwest, their customer service and their products. I also purchase a Qwest phone which has lasted longer than any other phone that I have owned before. I truly believe that Qwest does not recieve the praise they deserve.
