You don't mention any specifics about Qwest - an experience in which they actually met expectations, for example. I'd love to read one, because I've never met anyone who's *happy* with Qwest who wasn't a paid shill or employee.
I've lived in Qwest (formerly US West) territory all my life, and I'm continually astonished whenever the phone rings - I've yet to meet a Qwest employee who was capable of any level of customer service beyond punching buttons and saying "we can't do that."

What do they do?
