I fell into the trap as well. Initially, I was happy to pay extra for the good service. Now I can't get a person to pick up the phone. Nor can I get a response to voicemails or emails. I'm trying to switch hosts now, but I can't even get someone at Infinology to unlock my DNS info, so I don't know how I'm going to accomplish this!

You didn't provide a lot of information for those that might be looking for more technical information.
If you can provide more direct information about what you can use on this web host.
For example: POP or SMTP, SQL, Linux, and other details like this would be terrific.
The technical people shopping for a host will be very interested in reading about this information, in addition to your service issues and down time that you have mentioned.
