about the low rating, but you didn't tell me much at all about the website. How easy was it to place an order? What are the delivery options, shipping times etc?

Looks like you do have a good start here but adding more information about their site and how easy it is to order would be a good idea. Any details you can add that you would want to know before ordering there are always good to add.
