The original review above was written in 2002, and a lot has happened since then.
The quality of service at dickssportinggoods.com has declined over the last 3 to 4 years. Other review websites will show that people continually experience very poor service when ordering large or expensive items.
Order from Dick's Sporting Goods at your own risk (as I already learned firsthand when trying to order a treadmill).
