The HP 720c is the best printer I have ever used. I have owned it for almost 2 years and have yet to experience a technical problem. It prints in picture quality, and is very easy to maintain. The only maintenance I've had to perform is an routine dust cleaning and replacing the ink cartridges, which are expensive ($30-$35, WalMart and Sams are the least expensive I've found), but fortunately last for quite a while.

I use the printer almost daily, so it is very capable of handling a heavy workload. Replacing the ink cartridges is a breeze, and it even prompts you with an auto alignment feature to make sure you get the best quality printing. The paper tray can hold a 100 sheet reem of paper but will sometimes jam when it gets low.

I read other Epinions on this printer in which members said that it had a low noise level. I guess it is relative to what you call "low" because I think it is very noisy. It is very fast so you won't have to wait a long time to receive your print jobs.

This is a very reliable and durable for home or small business use. It can be used daily and doesn't balk at big jobs or heavy workloads. It is very economical and I even got a rebate on mine to bring the cost under $50, so call around and find out what is being offered before you buy.
