I have purchased two Ibanez bass guitars and have an order in for two 6 strings and an amp presently. My experience with 123 has been great. I emailed them after finding a super price on a Washburn HB35, and they promptly beat it by 25 bucks and free shipping to boot. The prices here are very competitive and the site offers more information and better close ups of merchandise than almost any other I've been on. (And that's a lot. I would DEFINITELY reccomend trying them if price is important to you. If you want the perfect guitar that looks and feels exactly the way you need, try a walk in shop, but you'll pay more. Each bass I got was not perfect, BUT the imperfections were so minor that I'd say any walk in store with already been touched merchandise is not going to do you any better. Nothing is perfect!
