I wasn't impressed with Fear of Fours either, and your review pretty much nailed why.
I think it was Curlewis (Sebastian) who said he loves Lamb and that "Fours" came out at a time when Rhodes and Barlow were having personal problems; apparently it spilled forth into the album. But he went on to say that their latest CD is infinitely better. So maybe it's worth at least another check out.
Another fine, detailed review.

I just think Lamb was trying too hard with this one, tho I do like B-Line an awful lot.
Nice job on a review of what ends up being an utterly average CD--the hardest kind of review out there is the review of something "OK". Great work.

I went back and read the other reviews on this CD today, and I had to change my "Very Helpful" rating to "Most Helpful". Hands down, you've got the most info that would be helpful when consumers think about digging into their pockets.

I don't know how you do it, but this catchy title sucked me in like a mouth to a flame. Plus your review is well written & informative, thanks I think I'll pass on this CD.
