I had ordered a pair of softball pants in plenty of time before I needed them. First fogdog sends me an email that the item was shipped, then, 5 days later they send me an email saying the item is not available. I needed the pants for the next day so I called to see what they could do to help me. They offered NO assistance, they even passed the blame on to the manufacturer of the pants. I promptly returned the other items I ordered and will never deal with them again.
