The customer service rating here is irrelevant. Bluefly.com has terrible customer service. If you have a problem with an order or do not receive an item ordered or need to return an item, they are a nightmare.
You do not receive a full credit unless you opt for a store credit, otherwise you only receive a partial credit to your credit card.
Also if an item is not included in the shipment due to a warehouse error, guess who pays? The customer pays, they do not take responsibility for warehouse errors unless the warehouse reports them. Convenient for them, not for the customer whose must dispute the charge with their credit card company.
Buyer beware of the top reviewers who rate customer service without ever having a problem with an order.

Very nice job! I completely agree with you about the frustration of looking at each individual item before finding out if it even exists. It seems these websites could make it easier for the consumer.
But they are a very good site, so. . . anyway, thanks for the great review!
