I kinda dissagree with Suz, Cingular is by far the worst company out there. I have been with Worldcom,Cingular,TMobile, and Verizon and I loved them all exept Cingular. There are 2 main reasons #1 Cingular messed up my bill nearly every month and #2 half the time I could not use my phone because of the bad reception and had to pay several times because they said that it was my phone, even after they sent a refurbished one for free the same thing happened and the reception was bad. I really did think that all cell phone companies were alike because I really never had any trouble with other ones. I will never go back to Cingular I was in Hell with that company...

Thank you for the review and warnings. I'm a Sprint PCS user who is changing to Cingular because of their global access service while I travel abroad... With Sprint PCS, the same 'suspect' service is evident but I have found that using the automated website of any company often produces better results and better yet, leave a computer trail behind you, thus protecting your order, rate, service level and providing you with support if you are billed in error (a Cingular normal I understand).
Competition will always be the best customer service you can buy.

In my opinion, none of them are very good, so even if you change, the customer service remains the same. It is very frustrating. I just wish they cared.
