I too was very impressed with the Guarantee Statement of Tongue Stud that this why I ordered my fishtail labret. The only problem is I ordered it on November 3rd and I have yet to receive it. I received confirmation that it was shipped on November 10th Priority Mail and should have it in 2 days. Well here it is November 20th and I have yet to receive it. I have emailed a couple of times with no reply. What is even worse there is no phone number to call them so I have no idea what to do next. The number that Freak369 has listed is now a disconnected number. I realize $19.04 is not a lot of money but it is the principal of the matter. I never order things via on-line because I didn't want this to happen but because their Guarantee Statements were so convincing I ordered it anyway. At the present time I do not recommend anyone ordering from Tongue Stud. If I get a response in a reasonable time I will post it. But for now, it's TABOO for Tongue Stud.
