The JC Penney Supreme Cascade and Swag Set is the perfect luxurious topping treatment for your JC Penney Supreme Draperies.
The feel is soft and enriches the appearance of your home. You look rich even when you are not!
When shopping for a top treatment for our draperies, there were a lot of choices for a valance. There were scalloped, blouson, fringed, scarf styles, cascades, and ascots. For our living room, I narrowed my choices between the Cascade and Swag Set and the fringed which was a scalloped top treatment with fringes on the end.
The JC Penney Supreme Cascade and Swag Set is named "Antique Satin" that is made out of 72% rayon and 28% acetate. However, it is neither antique nor satin, but all the stores call the same type of material the same name.
The swags (the very top piece going across the width of your drapery) are lined with white 70% polyester and 30% cotton material.
The cascades (the effect going downwards) are lined with the face fabric.
I really like the Supreme Cascade and Swag Set because of the swirling design of the swags across the top and the waterfall-like effect of the cascades going down. It really makes for a comforting, exquisite effect in your room. We have received so many compliments on our window treatment. Most people thought we had an interior designer come up with the idea and were amazed to find out that these are from JC Penney's.
The JC Penney Supreme Cascade and Swag Set hangs on a valance rod and comes pre-hooked. We use a triple rod that offers us a rod for our sheers, a rod for our drapery, and a rod for the Supreme Cascade and Swag Set.
To order, you would need to know your drapery width and your set would come with the proper number of swags for your drapery width.
They are labeled as dry-clean only, but I have never had to dry clean any that I have bought.
They are easy to vacuum with your upholstery tool to keep the dust and any pet fur off.
Color Choices Offered (Per JC Penney's)
Currently, there are 16 choices of colors: Navy Blue, Black, Forest Green, Purple Dream, Slate Blue, Ivory, Red Clay, Soft Gold, Basil, Cream, Parchment, Silver Sage, Linen, Cranberry, Spicy Red, and Rose Blush.
I think you will be extremely pleased if you are looking for what is named an "Antique Satin" drapery topping treatment.
