I have 500 anytime minutes and 1000 weekend minutes, after that I pay $.35/min, yet my bill does not spell out the number of weekend minutes. Instead it tells me free peak, free off peak, free nights, billed peak, billed off peak, and billed nights. When I asked for a detailed bill(which they charge for), I had to manually calculate the weekend minutes from a 10 page bill.
I called customer service to submit a request to change the billing format and was told they don't take customer requests.
I was also told that some of the bills have the format I want, but I would have to switch plans.
I am billed a minimum of 1 minute for every incoming and outgoing call. The majority of my bill is a list of 1 minute calls.
