Not bad....room for improvement

Placed the order on-line with them after I called to confirm availability....good system, no problems. Expected a call to sell me an accessory package - it came within the hour. We negotiated and agreed on a price and I OK'd the addition to my on-line order. I asked for an e-mail detailing the part numbers we discussed and the final price that I would be billed - was told the e-mail would come shortly. Never got a billing update from them - but did get a Fedex tracking number. The camera should be at my house tonight when I get home (I'll be back to this review later if need be). Overall not bad, but room for improvement using simple e-mail communications with customers, especially those that shop on-line.
