Placed the order on-line with them after I called to confirm availability....good system, no problems. Expected a call to sell me an accessory package - it came within the hour. We negotiated and agreed on a price and I OK'd the addition to my on-line...Return to opinion

ditto - good info about what happened, but I always like to know a little about at least what the site sells, how to navigate, serach options, prices, shipping, etc -

This could be more helpful with the addition of information such as how easy/difficult is the site to navigate, products available (is it just digicams or electronics or ? )
When you get home tonight and find your order, it would also be helpful to know if they got the order right, if it was in the condition you expected, if their were any surprises (good or bad) that arrived.
