Ordered 4500 Model Sept 5 recieved it with regular ground shipping Sept 12. Came the way I ordered it and set up fairly quickly.

Bought it on the Free Upgrades DVD, Hard Drive and Memory Upgrade Program. But face it nothing is really free,they have it figured to come out about the same in the price to you and the cost to them, whether they upgrade, free ship or give perks. Either way they only take a hit for 150 to 200 in cost and you know as well as I do it is all figured to recover in the overall pricing anyway.
But I wanted a DeLL, cause Dude said I should.

Surfing internet even with the 56K Modem is much faster because of procesor speed and memory. That is a pleasant thing. Displays and plays all my DVD's so far with out a hitch.

Most people I or my wife work with own or use Dells and they all have no complaints. As far as the customer service and tech support, I can't really say much
cause I have not needed it as of yet and friends or
co-workers pretty much trouble shoot their own problems.
