Re: didnt do your homework (Reply to this comment)

To the salmon example, right, if I order salmon and candy and don't like the mix, its my fault, not the restaurants... BUT, if I order the salmon dinner and the plate comes with salmon topped with ice cream, then I have the right to complain. The components are incompatible and shouldn't be sold together.

If you purchased components that do not work together, maybe you should do a little more homework. If you order a plate of salmon and a plate of candy, you can't blame the waiter if they don't taste good when you mix them together. IF.... you called someone at Tiger Direct and told them you were putting a system together and asked if they were compatible, maybe you would have more success.

What about calling your credit card company and complaining that you received a defective product? A combo that doesn't go together is obviously defective!
