Bought a pair of Sierra Treks...came within 5 days. Unfortunately it wasn't the right model. Then the fun began. Called customer service...then said they would send a return authorization, but would also send an email to the warehouse to get the right shoe sent out. Still waiting for the email. After two more calls finally told they didn't have the sierra treks in stock...of course this answer came...after I wanted to make sure I would be able to take advantage of the sale, "buy one and get the second pair for half price". Makes you wonder if they have their act together. I sure hope the return authorization shows up!!!
