We ordered a computer from them almost a month ago. The computer arrived with a broken CD/RW. We have been given nothing but a hassle from the people at Computers 4 Sure trying to get a replacement. It is very hard to get through to anyone on the phone and the lady who finally agreed to do an exchange refused to give us her name for furthur reference. An alarm went off right there, but we followed her instructions to send back the defective part for replacement. To make a long story short, we have spent hours on the phone and sending emails to them, leaving messages on their answering machine, never got a call back and never got our replacement. Be very leery of this company!
