Horrible customer support!

We ordered a computer from them almost a month ago. The computer arrived with a broken CD/RW. We have been given nothing but a hassle from the people at Computers 4 Sure trying to get a replacement. It is very hard to get through to anyone on the phone...

If she won't give her name get her employee id--or demand to speak to her supervisor. Ir's been my experience that when you get above the level of the robot like front line employee the supervisor actually can be fairly reasonable. Paranoid employees and or paranoid companies refuse to id by name, in fact I have had the experience where they would not identify the city, or even the state! or the region! where they were located-like I was going to stalk and hunt them down if I knew what state they were in--there is a lot of weirdness out there with some corporations but you should be thinking all the time you are dealing with a seller about gathering information to use in suing them if necessary. If you don't think you have enough information to file a complaint then i wouldn't send money.Also watch out for "conditions of sale" which make the seller's state the forum for any lawsuit (Dell!), or require prohibitively expensive arbitration AND THE SELLER GETS TO SELECT THE ARBITRATOR!
