Please read my review of the Turtle Beach Santa Cruz sound card.

Get this card only if you use low grade computer grade loudspeakers and don't intend to use the soundcard functionality of your computer for recording purposes. Its level controls were too coarse to function properly in my case. The sound was audibly bad compared to the Turtle beach.

The other problem I faced was that work and the line inputs were much too sensitive for my tape deck output - but all other cards worked fine. Also, the sound level indicater on the mixer panel would not work properly and Tech Support at SoundBlaster never fixed the problem for me. I wish I had never purchased this Blasted card.

Also note - Audio specifications for this souncard are not mentioned anywhere - neither in manual nor on the box. That is cuz they are bad..the manufacturer does not want you to know about them!!!
