I shopped around quite a bit for a new Mattress since my Waterbed Mattress was starting to break down in its 18th year. The Response to my questions and concerns at Nationwide Mattress was just about immediate. The Value is above any other Merchant that I found, either online, or in the retail stores. Certainly, FAR Above what I found in the Retail Stores. Richard at Nation Wide Mattress made every effort in answering my questions and even contacted the Manufacturer for a refund on items that I decided against after the purchase even though I was informed verbally, that State Law prohibits the return of Pillows. I give them a "Top Notch" rating.
