I have used Printpal for a long time now and I have not had any problems with them at all. Their service is always on time and just what I ordered. I always receive an email about my order as well as an email when the order has been shipped. I have found them to be friendly and reliable. I have found their inks so far to be of good quality and if not they exchange them right away. They have always made good on their word for me.

I recently had a problem with a cartridge that I order from www.printpal.com. I emailed them and they without hesitation sent me a new one. I also wanted to try their "pre-pak" item, which is where I pay for the cartridge rebuild, they mail the "pak" to me, I send the old one back, they recondition and re-send to me. This cost is about 5.00 than the cartridge and I think is the way I will go.
With the exception of the recent cartridge, I have had no problems with them at all. The cartridges hold up well overall and their customer service is wonderful.
I still recommend using www.printpal.com.

With all the high prices of printer cartridges or refills for them I have searched the web for places to buy cartridges for my Canon Printer and one place that I go is www.printpal.com. Because with them I have found the best price all around for a refill kit and the shipping and handling charges were not bad either!

When you first come to the homepage of www.printpal.com you will find a very well laid out page offering all printer brands from Apollo to Xerox. Across the top you will find the most popular brands like: Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, HP, Lenmarx, Xerox and other.
On the left hand side of the page you will find the entire list of printer brands available on the site. also you will find links that will take you to Jet Paks, Laser Toners, Fax/Thermal, and MICR Toners.
And in the middle of the page you will find the current items on sale for the day or week. These do change periodically.
They also offer Corporate and School discounts. They also offer free s/h through the USPS with a $40.00 order or more. Standard s/h for orders under $40.00 is a flat fee of $4.00, $6.00 for Canada. They do not ship out to other International places.
How To Use
For me I clicked on the Canon link and I was taken to a page where I could choose from various types of Canon Printers. Then I clicked the drop down box for Cartridge Number and found the BC-02 and clicked it. The page automatically changed to an area that offered various choices for a Cartridge or refill kit.
The Cartridge was $21.95, which is around $5.00 to $15.00 cheaper than the stores, depending on where you shop. I have found these to be as much as $49.00 at local office stores and $36.00 at my local Wal Mart.
The refill for my model is $9.95 with the $4.00 s/h fee. I also got a $1.00 discount because I went to the site through my account with www.mypoints.com. So my total purchase was $12.95 and I received my order in about a week. Still a lot cheaper than the stores, because even Wal Mart, when I can find it, sells the refill kits for around $15.00!
The JetPak Mailer is $15.99. Now this is a nice feature that a lot of companies are going to. What it is, is an option for you to choose where you would simply mail back the old cartridge for a new one and the postage is paid! Takes about a week. When I have used my cartridges for a while I will use this feature. I have had no problems in any way with any order. A recycling concept that is wonderful and cheaper to do! Please note that JetPak is only offered for US residence.

How I Feel
I have been using www.printpal.com for a long time now. I usually order the refill kits from them and when I feel the cartridge is wearing out I will get a new one through the JetPak service offered.
I have looked at their prices and compared them to many online places as well as stores. And I have found cheaper color cartridges for my printer at other places. (Which I will write about soon.) But for the black I have found this place to be the best priced. And over all, I have had no problems with my orders.
The company will send a confirmation email on my order and then when the order is shipped, which is within 24-48 hours they send another email advising me of such. I can track my order through the Postal Service, which I also like.
If I have had questions I have emailed to the Aol address above and have always gotten a response back with in just a little while, like by the end of the day, depending on when I sent the email. For instance if I sent my email towards the end of the day it was the very next day I heard back from them.
The site is very easy to get around and I like the fact that when I make my selections that the page automatically moves on to the next area. I also like it that I can get points for shopping with them through my www.mypoints.com account. This of course is always a plus.
The load time of each page is very fast and complete. The s/h handling is not bad at all, since their prices are cheaper than most and cheaper than in the stores. But, you do have to look at your options. For me the nearest Wal-Mart of Super Center is 20 miles. The aggravation of parking, walking into the store, locating my cartridge, (which most of the time is out of stock), standing in line to pay and coming back home, well $4.00 s/h is good for me.
My goodness! I have been most satisfied with this company and highly recommend them to anyone. One other thing, when my orders come in there is always a 10% off coupon for my next order! Now that's a good thing too!
