I live in the Los Angeles area and have usually received my free USPS shipped orders within 3-4 business days. I have had only one cartridge problem and that was for a Canon S9000 unit that simply did not seat properly (click in place) and would not function. I emailed PrintPal and they sent a replacement at no charge along with a prepaid return envelope. Recently I have been having what might be clogging problems and some older prints are showing some "bronzing"... I am getting a little concerned about the ink quality, but have not printed much lately to confirm a QC problem. I may purchase some OEM cartridges and make my own QC cross-check. If I go back to the more expensive Canon OEM cartridges I shall probably still use the PrintPal cleaning cartridges to save ink. (Note: printer ink is one of the most costly items anywhere... just calculate the cost of a gallon of OEM ink..)

Bought two color HP cartridges. Neither worked. It was a few month later until it was clear that both were bad.
Customer service told me too bad, they had a 30 day warranty.
The cost was too close to a new HP cartridge to risk.
DON'T GO THERE.

This company also sells as Piggyback.com - both companies have an unsatisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau (http://www.thebbb.org/report.html?compid=26025509). I'm glad you've had great experiences, but I thought it worth mentioning.

Yes I saw it and that is why I updated mine! After all this time I still love www.printpal.com and I still recommend them.
People has to realize that sometimes you do get a bad apple, but with the proper approach the bad apple will get handled correctly.
