Walgreen's must have huge profits to report since they obviously do not care to retain new customers.
I have an online business, and providing excellent customer service is something that even if I weren't the kind of person who *wants* to provide that, it is a necessary requirement in the competitive world of internet shopping!
I won't be bothering to stray from my occasional drugstore.com purchasing to try this company - thank you!

I've ordered from them and did have to sign, though I'm not sure if they always require it?
But man! I've got one UPS guy who will not knock on my door! It totally peeves me to go out and find a package when I've been home and near the door all day. I've got this one mail person who is the same way. Grrrrrr!

Sorry Erin! I saw that everyone thought they were great on epinions, and I was amazed. Now I haven't as yet ordered from them, but I wasn't that impressed by the website. I was merely looking for my favorite Luna bars, and they didn't even have them in any reasonable order; I had to search all over the site. Too confusing for me.
Anyway, thanks for the validation of my gut feelings, and a great review.

such as what type of products did you order (insulin must be kept cold). How was the packing of your items?
Good point, I didn't mention what I ordered but it did all come securely and well packaged. I can't comment as to how they'd do with temp. sensitive items because I didn't order anything like that, but I appreciate your comment.

I found your review helpful - the only reason I didn't give it a very helpful, probably isn't your fault, but as a diabetic, I need information that translates into my needs- such as what type of products did you order (insulin must be kept cold). How was the packing of your items?
