Very disgusting service. Several billing errors. Always overcharged and wrong invoices sent. Terrible headache to deal with the customer service person. Absolutely disgusting experience.Never ever sign up with them, you are better off without a cell phone rather than have them as your service provider unless you love having headaches.
They come up with new excuses all the times.
Conviniently there is no notes put during the conversations when I tried to down grade the plans. Then when I call them they say that I have to pay a $30 charge for changing my plan and so on. No limit to the stories he has to say.
