Cons:Basic keyboard and cannot shut computer with power button (requires windows shutdown).
The Bottom Line: It's black and it's fast.
I'm really impressed with my new Dell Dimension 4500. It's loaded with Pentium 4 2.0 Ghz, 256MB Ram, CDRW, ROM, Floppy, Ethernet, Modem, USB Ports. The system is very fast, it loads very quickly. For all the gamers out there I'd recommend upgrading the ram all the way to 1GB or just add a 512MB to the existing 256MB for about $150 or pay Dell $200 to do it. It will be well worth it. Plus, go for the LCD. I paid the extra bucks for the 17" LCD, which is a great buy. It was well worth it, it has all the features that you can want, both analog and digital hookups. I also recommend that you dump the keyboard and mouse and go for the Logitech cordless and the cordless controller by Logitech as well, called the Wingman. The amount paid for does not include the LCD monitor and the mentioned accessories.
