For those who have read this. The site worked perfectly on Netscape and I had others use IE on their computers and had no problem. I have totally redone this review. I have egg on my face and will be the first to admit I made a mistake. The company will know that this was my error. jo

I was just considering ordering cards from this site for my own home business, thank you for saving me the aggravation! I'm glad you gave me the heads up. Perhaps you should forward THIS response to vistaprint and see if that gets their attention, they are losing customers they don't even have yet!!

I've used this site several times and never had a problem. What Operating System and Browser are you using? Also, I'm curious what the company's response will be on the issue. This is a great opportunity to experience their customer service. Can you contact them by phone as well as email? If you update the review, email me with the URL and I'll be happy to rerate it.
