After much hype by the salesman I purchased the "Hollywood Dazzle 1394 DV Bridge". While the physical DV bridge itself seems to work OK, the software included with it is another story. I should have known that there would be a problem when the wrong CD was packaged in the box. After a non-toll free call to tech-support, I wated another week and a few days for the right CD. After installing, the program would only load one video file and promptly lock up. The documentation was a joke. After another non-toll free call, and some suggestions on how to resolve the problem, we started into a on again off again e-mail odessy. They would send me a list of things to tweak, re-install, remove and try all to no avail. I would reply and then wait for several weeks thinking that I had been abandoned. Then, surprise! an e-mail telling me the exact same thing they had already told me. I have finally resigned myself to un-installing this piece of junk software and finding something else thats rated really good.
