After the frustrations I had with a dial up, I decided to go with the high speed revolution. I called both cable and dsl providers to see who could provide me service. I have already had an experience with DSL providers at work, so I decided to go with the Cable. I schedule my appointment for them to install the system and they show up promptly. In no time, I am up and surfing the web at blazing speed. I finish surfing to and flip on the TV to find that my cable TV is now fuzzy. So I make another call and they come and fix that very quickly. About a week into everything working well, my connection goes silent. I call tech support and after an hour on hold, I get someone who tells me that I was not provisioned. The tech support person tells me that he will put in an order. I ask how long that will take and he kindly tells me 7 days. Ok 7 days with no internet but I can survive. Seven days come and go, I call and they tell me that the order was lost and it would be another seven days. Well after 3 weeks I finally get up and going again. Since then I do not have many problems. It is usually reliable but there are outages of a couple of hours every week but for the most part it works great. Very good speeds and have never had a problem during "peak times". If you have the time I would use them for your home ISP!
