NO REFUNDS!

I recently ordered an MP3 player from Buy.com - they had the best price. I had previously ordered the same MP3 player from Amazon (it's the Archos 20GB Recorder). After playing with the player from Amazon and calling Archos tech support - I determined that the produce was defective (it kept locking up). So I returned it to Amazon. They paid for the return shipping, and gave me a full refund.
I made a big mistake of ordering the product from Buy.com because by that time they offered the same item at a lower price. I figured I'd try my luck with Archos again to see if I could get a working model becuase when they actually work, these things are great value.
The item arrived and it was so defective if wouldn't even turn on!
To my horror, I find that Buy.com want me to pay for return shipping and will not issue a refund. If I had known I would never have used them. So the moral of the story is...
IT'S WORTH PAYING A LITTLE EXTRA FOR AN ITEM FROM A REPUTABLE STORE THAN GOING TO SOMEWHERE LIKE BUY.COM.
