Pros: Decent reception for West Jersey
Cons: The worst customer service in the business combined with fraudulent billing practices!
The Bottom Line: No amount of money you "save" on a Worldcom plan will compensate you for the _hours_ you will spend fighting with their (dis)service department!

| niednagl's Full Review: Worldcom Mobile Phone Service in Camden/Trenton |
My experience with MCI/Worldcom wireless was the single worst consumer experience of my lifetime. Bills were sent irregularly, and the few that actually arrived contained "errors" (ever notice that you never get _underbilled_?).
After one 3 month period without hearing from MCI, I received a letter stating that I would not be receiving an itemized bill, but would still be expected to pay my (suspiciously high) outstanding balance in full anyway.
My attempts to contact Worldcom to have itemized bills sent for this period frequently bordered on the surreal: I spoke with over a dozen MCI customer "service" agents, who alternately accused me of trying to dodge payment, refused to connect me to customer service managers, promised to fix things without coming through, or became outright verbally abusive.
Even after cancelling my 1-year contract, it took 12 months and the intervention with the FCC to resolve my billing issue.
To sum it up:
_Any_ other provider is a better alternative than Worlcom!
I now have a trouble free Verizon contract that provides wonderful coverage for the West-Jersey (Mercer & Hunterdon counties) area, and thus there is not a single reason I can think of to do business with Worlcom.
