I have always been skeptical about ordering flowers online, but one day I desperately needed to send flowers to my girlfriend halfway across the state. I didn't know what to do: I didn't know any flower shops in her area, and I couldn't think of anything else to do. I had done some comparing of various services, and Flowerlink seemed to be the best choice for three reasons:
1)I was able to navigate the site easily.
2)They linked me directly to a local florist, from whose selection I was able to choose
3)Their prices were reasonable.
So because of that I decided to go out on a limb and order her some roses. The delivery form was easy to fill out and precise and since I ordered before 11AM, I was promised same day delivery. They also sent me an email confirming my order, and gave me a tracking number so as to track my order until it was given to the local florist.
All in all, I was very pleased with the service. I ordered the flowers at 10:45AM and they were delivered at 1PM. The quality of the bouquet was very high: quite fresh flowers in a very attractive arrangement. Since then I have ordered several more times from them, and they have not failed to provide excellent service, fast delivery, and high quality flowers. The only two things that would keep me from saying they were absolutely flawless was their prices which tended to range from average to slightly above average, depending on which local florist you ordered from. They also tend to have a smaller selection that the larger organizations too. It is, however, a small price to pay for such an excellent service.
