| cneuhardt's Full Review: Hewlett Packard HP Pavilion Zt1130 (F3378H) PC Not... |
After some review by our IT guys, this is the make and model we started moving our field (traveling) employees to. They use the laptops for email, word processing, and accessing our databases via Lotus NOTES. Our older (Fujitsu) laptops were 5 years old and about the end of service life and technological life.
The HPs are cheap to buy--but that may have been a omen. We have about 30% back in the shop in the first 6 months. Two units have be "retired" in the first year.
I suspect for a single user--without too many demands, the computer would work ok. But, for a mid-level business user, they have been a disappointment
