Based on an Epinions review, and the fact that they were an authorized dealer for the brand I wanted, I ordered a vacuum from Best Vacuum in September (2002)

I paid $70.00 less than the price I saw in another retailer's catalog.

I ended up paying no shipping for the model I ordered.

I received a confirmation E-mail within minutes after my order was placed.

Within 24 hours I received a tracking E-mail from UPS.

My vacuum arrived in great shape.
