I have used Expedia's flight reservation services twice. Their set up is very easy to use! Their prices are fair and their customer service is satisfactory. As a member of the U.S. Armed Forces I don't have a lot of time to shop around and price flights. When a fellow soldier told me about Expedia.com I went and checked it out. It was very easy to use and the flights were a little cheaper than I had previously found.
HOW THE SITE WORKS
You must set up an account with Expedia. This is just your general information along with setting up your password and so fourth. Once you have an account with Expedia you can log in anytime and check prices and flights going to and coming from anywhere. They have a little set up called "Build your own trip". You just type in where you want to depart from and your desired destination as well as the date. Then Expedia will do a search and find every available flight going your way and then lists what that flight will cost you. This process takes about thirty seconds.
After you decide on which flight you would like to purchase you just click on the purchase and continue button. This is where you are required to verify your e-mail address and credit card number. After you verify this information your ticket is purchased and your seat is reserved. You are also able to choose window or isle, smoking or non-smoking and if you would like a meal during the flight.
WHERE DO I GET MY TICKETS?
As soon as you purchase the tickets at the Expedia web site an e-mail is sent to you. This e-mail has all the information that you need. You do need access to a printer.

Flight Summery
This lists everything to do with your flight including a receipt. This page is also printer friendly. So all you have to do is print off a couple of copies and head for the airport. Once you get to your carrier with your Expedia itinerary in hand you are issued a ticket. It is just that easy.
Note: You can also have actual tickets sent to your residents for an extra $19.00.

Conclusion
I believe Expedia offers a great service. I just don't have the time or the means to shop around and set up flights. I also believe even if I did take the time to go and shop around I would be hard pressed to find a better deal. In my situation it would just burn up expensive minutes on my phone. I would recommend Expedia to anyone.
