Nightmare Creatures; a Cult Classic to some but a piece of junk to others!?

Pros: Scary, Great Blood and Gore Factor, Very Cool Weapons, Lots of Cheat codes.
Cons: Too easy, Not many Monsters, Graphics, Gameplay.
The Bottom Line: Bad Graphics, controls, and a wierd storyline, but great monsters and weapons with lots of blood and gore. Buy this game if you like all this stuff.

Nightmare Creatures, to some is a cult classic, which means some love this game but others hate it. I don't love this game but I surely don't hate it. It's a pretty scary game, it's got a nice blood and gore factor. You can actually cut the monsters in half and cut their heads off, and blood squirts out, it pretty cool. Plus there are some very cool weapons you can choose from. But the game is way to easy I beat it in 4 hours, plus with that there's only like 5 or 6 monsters through the whole game with your occasional boss.
Graphics
Well the graphics on this game aren't very good at all. They are very bland, the color in the game looks faded away. Plus there is way to much fog, I'm talking you can't even see the monsters until they're right next to you.
Controls
The controls on this game are very complicated, because sometimes you turn around and the camera angle is still on you side a you start walking funny, plus when you turn they don't correctly, it takes to long for them to turn. The controls are very loose and it takes a while to get used to them.
Replay Value
This is one of those games where you just have to used cheat codes to make the game more fun. I beat the game immediately without using cheat codes the first time and it was really boring. So I used cheat codes the next time and it was fun. I found new way's to kill monsters, I could die as many times as I want. It was great.
Overall
This is a great game, if your into scary games or action games I would buy this game. If your a racing fan or a sports fan DO NOT buy this game. Controls are a little bumpy, but that's ok, you'll get used to them. The graphics aren't good at all. But overall I would recommend this to some of my friends, it's only cause I like cheesy weird games that make no sense.
