It's not a bad service, and I would recommend it. But don't expect your ship to come in with it, either.

Cybergold is one of the better programs on the Web for earning cash. It's not perfect--some of the flaws are made obvious by others who have reviewed this site, but in general I am pleased with Cybergold and have been paid in a timely manner.
Cybergold pays you for doing various things on the Web from reading their emails to signing up for offers to making purchases from selected sites. They usually pay a nickel to visit a site, and more for other activities. The only inherent flaw is that many of the sites and products advertised are ones I have no interest in. So the nickels pile up nicely, but the real money is fairly elusive.
Still, it's not a bad service. When you do earn enough to cash out, you have the option of either having funds deposited to your checking account, or paid onto your credit card. They have usually turned around my payments within 3-5 days.
