I can't see why you complained about lack of USB and Firewire ports... you should have checked the specs *before* buying it.

Sounds like you still are not happy with it. Potential buyers of this laptop might like to hear what features led you to purchase this model, and then which ones work so poorly to make you give it a poor rating. If you update this review, pls email me so I can rerate it.
