| freembd's Full Review: Dell Dimension XPS T500 |
If you are in the market for a new computer, please, please, please do not consider anything but a Dell. I Have friends who unfortunately bought from a local dealership because it was cheaper. Today they are sorry. Their computer was a total lemon, it is useless to them, and they have no recourse against the dealer (who refuses to replace it). Although Dell may be slightly expensive, their great support and generous warranty more than make up for it. Whenever components of my computer broke, even though it was totally my fault (for example, I dropped the speakers and they broke: Dell not only replaced them but gave me a better model). In addition, the bundles software (that which comes standard with the system) was comprehensive, useful, and fun. Go Dell, you can't go wrong.
