I haven't had any problems with customer service or with my Nokia phone, or with Cellular One. I purchased my phone in Sept 2002. The local coverage fits my needs. The plan is $39.99 a month and offers free unlimited weekends, plus 950 anytime minutes to use. No charge to minutes if the phone is used after 9 pm at night and before 7 am in the morning. I also have call waiting, caller id, and basic voice mail included in my plan.

I worry now reading the other reviews on this service. I have not had to contact customer service yet. But the people in the actual store (not kiosk) I purchased my phone from were very helpful when I made the purchase. I have a local number I can call at anytime along with a 1 800 number. Perhaps the service differs from state to state? I'm in Pa. and I also know at least 4 other people with the same service and none of them have experienced problems.
