It's been great to have this laptop and I probably used it a little too much for gaming because 1 key has started to wear off. There is also a hand print which I cannot get off... The video drivers were not found on the website so I had to find it from ATI. I asked tech. support where I could find it. No reply. I also just upgraded to 128 more Megs of RAM. It doesn't seem any faster at all. Maybe this RAM is too fast? Not sure, but I once again submitted an email to tech. support. I asked them about the RAM specifications. The reply, "yes". Gee helpful, but I'm glad they're putting their money into the laptops rather than tech. support. If you know what you're doing with computers then this is a sure buy.
