I had a good experience with the Franklin Covey online store. The item was delivered timely and was extremely accurate. The customer service I encountered was polite and helpful and I was totally satisfied with my transaction. I live about 60 miles from the nearest store so it is a great option. Plus they send email updates every so often which include free shipping, discounts, etc. They also have a "Closeout" section on the website which you can check out for discontinued merchandise or extra stuff they are trying to get rid of. You might just find something there you really like for a really good price ... I did!
