Think long, think wrong. I never really understood that statement before. My Dad says it all of the time when we play cards. You'd try to decide if you should pick something up, or what to discard and he'd say that saying. Used to get on my nerves. Now I...Return to opinion

I have ordered many different items from Overstock. The deals were hit and miss - and products weren't always as described. This was okay at first as the first few returns went smoothly. However, they will only give you an online credit if you order through PayPal and this they do not make clear at time of purchase. The last 2 items I had to return as they were in a condition I would not buy at the Salvation Army - they refused to take one item back - after several phone calls and emails - they took it back, but then they sent my the exact same thing again. After several more phone calls and emails, they said to send that set back at no cost to me. I sent it back with their shipping label and their #'s and invoices, and they have refused to admit they have received it. So I have no refund, and no merchandise.

I'm sorry you had trouble with them. While I have never had to contact customer service, I have ordered from them several times without problems.

I usually just delete the emails I get from this store, but now that I know they take paypal I will go check them out further.
For those of us without credit cards it is hard to shop online, but safer now that my cards are over extended.
