I'd like to know what you ended up doing and why? Did you go with a traditional mortgage pimp? Or did these bozos finally call back and kiss your booty?
My experience with them had some similarities -- my FICO credit score was a tad bit less than excellent so I had to settle for a higher by .875% rate -- and I felt like I was baited and switched, but my loan person was very receptive to my concerns and was in close contact throughout the process.
