I have had my Transport ZX for a couple of years now. Anytime I have had the smallest problem from a key kind of sticking on the keyboard to my power converter overheating they overnighted me a new computer shell or whatever part needed replacing. Of course I paid over $3000 for it new, but it is defenetly worth the cash. The 15" screen is awesome too. I have upgraded the Notebook with XP, wireless network, 256mb ram, external CDR, and many other features without a problem. Drivers are easy to find on the MicronPC website, which was only needed for the sound with XP (used Win2000 driver with success).
